Hawy did see that baby when he was first born AND/OR Hawy even watched that Surrogate Mother give birth . THIS video has obviously been made AFTER all the Surrogate Mother's Surrogacy Paperwork had been signed & sealed & settled and the baby was AT LAST theirs. Their next child was able to be.born under much less scrutiny in the USA. IMHO
