I feel the same. I fell down a huge rabbit hole over coverage of these two. As much as I tried, I couldn't stop commenting. I unsubscribed from every channel that mentions them. I've literally scrolled to this by chance, and I understand what you are saying. IF all of these channels stopped this, we wouldn't see it, read it or feel the need to comment.
