If your wondering why the gap, it’s because before the middle child (Liam) my mother had lost 3 baby’s through miscarriage. My mother was really upset for years because she had always read that one in 3 women would have a miscarriage, and it was her 3 times back to back after me. But one day, Liam was conceived as a rainbow baby. (If you don’t know what rainbow baby means, it means child after series of miscarriages). Then my mother had the youngest (Christian). I beg to differ. There are "Real World" factors you should get in order before you have a child. It is not romantic, and kind of sad and stressful, but "Love is _not_ all you need". You need to have a sustained income, you need a support network of friends and family. You need to live within arms reach of a good medical facility. You need to live in a relatively safe area that is at least reasonably free of pollution. This being Megan's child, she needs to live in a good school district, since her child is likely to inherit certain problems. (I will not be indelicate by explaining that any further). Oh, yes. *Like it or not* men and women *do not* become parents the same way. Megan does _not_ have a husband, and Jack _does not_ have a wife! Women become mothers by getting pregnant and giving birth. But, _men_ become fathers by being married to a woman when she has a baby, or already has a baby. Nobody likes it, but living together, or at least having sex, before they are married, _is_ taking a chance of the gf ending up a single mother, and the bf eventually having his child taken away from him, and out of his life. (I used no emojis in this post because I am 100%, dead, cold serious). If Megan gets pregnant by Jack, it will ultimately be _her_ problem, not his! Even if they don't think so, even if they wholeheartedly plan to get married, that is Reality.
