I had drawers and cabinets like that in my old build apartment. After cleaning they still looked crazy. Definitely grab a roll of shelf liners. They made all the difference.

Love the moving vlogs! Just an idea for the cabinets.. you can buy liners to go on the bottom so the cups and plates aren’t directly on the wood which looks a little worn. It also helps grip the plates and cups. Just an idea!

After seeing you talk about the propane thing.. I wanted to mention to you to get with a local oil company now and set up an account. Also , a plumber. And also trash pick up for trash and recycle. Those things will not just come out on demand unless you have an account. We were without water, heat and garbage until we established an account. And several places won’t have new member openings or only service certain areas. Get with them now and ask for a rate lock on your oil at summer rates, if you wait the prices go up a lot in winter. 🤗 But if you get in a pinch, don’t be afraid to go to a neighbor and ask for help. This state is the most neighborly state ever, they want to help, it’s what drives these communities and makes them so full of heart ❤

The water thing was an issue with our oil furnace not heating our well water for showers, so we had to get a plumber out and oil person out. It happens often due to the climate changes around here and lines needing to be flushed etc, so I mention those random things you think you won’t need, but when they happen, you need an account. Also, set up any doctor appts to establish care now. There is about a 3 month wait everywhere just to establish care.

Congratulations🥳💕 I’ve only recently found your beautiful content but I just wanted to first say that but I wanted to suggest some drawer liners for the cabinetry even a cheap contact paper would help I’m not sure if the wood is sealed or treated for the cabinetry or not but stains and bacteria do cling to wood so just a suggestion in case you wouldn’t want to put your things directly on the wood anywho congrats again sending love, light, and peace!🫶🏽✨

you could stack your toaster oven/other kitchen gadgets on top of the microwave maybe :) that’s what we do in our very small apartment. our toaster oven fits perfectly on top of our microwave on the counter!

From the way that you were describing the bulk section at the CoOp, you would love Good Earth!! It's a natural foods store that's 100% organic with 2 locations in Marin County CA and their bulk section is incredible. They do the same thing with the paper bags and tape and communal pens, plus they allow you to refill your own containers. I'm obsessed with it and take advantage whenever I can

A few things to note - 1. I just learned (from not being able to sleep after drinking it late) that liquid IV does have caffeine. I don’t know if all flavors do, but the one I had did so just FYI! 2. Having the same issues with limited drawers in the kitchen. I think you mentioned installing an island and you could totally get an island with drawers and then install the dishwasher to the right perhaps!
