I’d love to see a “what I eat in a week” to see how you balance your diet over the entire week. It’s difficult to reach every vitamin and nutrient target from your diet every day so I’d love to see how you do it over a week😊 x

I do find routine to be most helpful. I have both a night and morning routine. Hydrate and exercise in the morning along with a healthy breakfast really gets me going. At night I like to unplug an hour before bed. I do my skin care, brush my teeth, and read.

Thank you! 😊 💖 Oh a tip for easier egg shell peeling is I use a little teaspoon, hit it on the boiled egg to crack the shell, take a piece off and then slide my spoon around the inside of the shell and it makes it so easy! 😻 Xxx

Great video! 🥰 I was thinking of a few things I do that give me energy: washing your face or taking a quick cool shower midday, change your clothes midday to feel fresh, spray your favorite EO’s around your room, play with your dog (or your friends animals)! You had so many great ideas- can’t wait to try the energy balls!

Have you tried Golden Milk? Organic Fair is my favourite brand. Also, do you have any suggestions on winter (re: warm) smoothies or smoothie alternatives? I always have a smoothie on work day mornings... and it's a bit of a bummer to have a cold drink during the winter.

I gave up caffeine earlier this year. It was the best decision I've made for myself. I'm also working on not missing any meals and adding more water into my day. Also can you link the book to cycle syncing that you mentioned? I cannot find it in the description box.

Oh that's awesome. I've heard similar things from people who cut out/reduced their caffeine intake. I personally get too jittery if I have too much! And yes sorry, just added the links now!

Matcha green tea is a game changer particularly if you are coming from the land of the coffee Bean. I also enjoy yerba maté. I don’t mind the bitter taste so I mix 100% pure cacao powder in water and it provides a euphoric and energizing effect when consumed on an empty stomach. Maybe I will address some of these things in a future video on my channel. Typically my videos have more to do with minimalism, mindfulness, slow living, and dopamine addiction. Great video 👍🏻🌿

These are great tips. I go to bed every night between 9-9:30 and get up at 5:00 am. I did get my bloodwork done and I’m very low on B12 so I have to take a supplement. I like coffee and don’t know if I can give it up ( I only have 2 14oz a day, one after my water and on mid afternoon on my hour commute home)

Thank you again Meghan for this new great video :) I was wondering if you could make one someday about microbiote inbalance and particulary yeast infection? M'y doctor tells me that i can't take probiotics (although that's the first advice you find everywhere...) because i already have too much, and I'm thinking that i can't be the only one :) Thanks again, I'm french and it is really helpfull to have another view on nutrition, and it seems that Canada have a great one! Cheers, Ariane

Yes! I am about 10 weeks pregnant and my diet has been absolutely garbage after being close to paleo for years. I have had a yeast infection almost the entire time I've been pregnant and I know it's because my gut microbiom has changed because of my higher carb and higher sugar diet I'm eating right now 🤦

Hi Meghan! I'm an italian 32 years old female, with lots of physical problems. I have to take a lot of meds for my problem, that in my past led me to continuous heavy bleeding for 4-5 months, 3 times to ER with low hemoglobin and severe anemia. Now I've changed meds and these seem to have less effect on my period, but it is still strong, so strong that when the time arrives I feel so low in energy and I lose so much blood that all my system is compromised. Will you advise Woman Code to a person like me? Thank you so much

For my fellow coffee lovers, something I’ve done that’s been really helpful is waiting at least an hour after waking up to have my coffee. Waiting allows your body to produce cortisol which naturally energizes you. Since making this change, my energy levels have stabilized, I’m less dependent on coffee, and my cycle has become regular again!
