I've directed to where I prove that while using the app, and using the phone's mic, the mask can be made to show a sound spectrum. It would be up to you if it's good enough for you, while you pumped music into the phone, via the mic, a better mic, or even directly. Either way, I've already proven in the video, the options of external audio response is possible.

You can see clearly, but it's like having tunnel vision. It would be illegal to drive with it on in most countries. You'd have to check with your local laws. Personally I wouldn't risk it, even if the law said it was okay.

This isn't the sort of the thing that would be useful for that sort of thing. All air would be blown/sucked in from the sides anyways. This does not wrap around the mouth.

I don't personally wear glasses. So it's a bit of a difficult one for me to answer. The way it sits on my face, I believe thin frames would fit. It would come down to the shape of your face and your glasses.

Mine did not come with a charger or a charger hole. The slab covering the batteries was also broken and would not open.

It doesn't come with a charger anyways. Most things don't these days. You should have got a cable though. Or you bought the battery version? If so, it needs swapping for one with a non-broken battery cover. If you bought a charging version like mine, then you need contact the seller, and swap it, because they've sent you the wrong one. Either way, it sounds like you need to contact the seller.

I think it would come down to one's own face, depending on how it fits the face. For me, I can still speak normally. As for a mic, I doubt a collar mic would be affected.

is there a resolution for custom pictures that works best with the face mask? having trouble formatting some of the photos i wanted on there.

The screen resolution is 46*58. Sadly the manual doesn't state a best case scenario for a picture. Since the ratio is 23:29 I would try multiples of that. I personally haven't had a problem since an image can be pinch zoomed and moved while in the app.
