Ride gigs were the best "indie", as we called it then, gigs. So heavily psychedelic with driving rythmns. They had an amazing sound that when I hear their albums now it takes me back to watching them at Salisbury arts centre which is a deconsecrated church at 15 years old tripping my plums off and thinking : this is fucking heaven!
