Mehdi Hassan Ku Ba Ku Raag Darbari

The emperor of Classical Ghazal sings the famous ghazal composed by Parveen Shakir , " Ku Ba Ku Baat Phail Gayi Shana Zai Ki". He has himself composed the music of this ghazal in Raag Darbari. Perhaps one of the best works done by Khan Saab in his lifetime.

Likhnewale ne to jaan hi nikal di apne dil ke dard ko bayan karne me , Aur azerm flan kar ga kar ise sach kar diya. Is sadi ka sabse khoobsurat gazal mai ise manta hun. Ise sunkar Sahir sahab yaad a gaya. Dono hi apne aap me bemisal hai, Aur gayaki me to ustad Mehndi sahab ka koi jabab nahi.
