Fish Biryani
Ingredients:
Fish-1Kg
Kashmiri Chilli Powder- 3 Tb spoon
Coriander Powder- 1Tb spoon
Turmeric Powder-1/2 Tea spoon
Coconut Oil-2Tb spoon+ 6Tb spoon
Onion-7 Medium
Tomato- 4 Medium
Lime juice of 1/2 pc
Hot water-1/2 cup
Green Chilli-15 No.
Ginger crushed-1 1/2 Tb Spoon
Garlic crushed-1 1/2 Tb Spoon
Cilantro chopped-1/4 cup
Gharam Masala-1 Tb Spoon
Salt
For rice:
Rice-3Cup( If you prefer lesser masala can add one more cup of rice and water accordingly)
Coconut Oil-1 Tb spoon
Butter-1 1/2 Tb Spoon
Water-6cup
Salt-3 tea spoon
Onion-1 no
Cashew Nuts-20 nos
Raisins-20 nos
Whole cardamom-9 Nos
Cinnamon Stick
Cloves-5 Nos
Gharam Masala Powder-2 Tea spoon
Lime Juice of other half during dhum process
Tips: Fish with skin removed taste better and keep few fried pieces on top of masala and remove before dhum to use while serving.
