So it's debatable how much real harm they can inflict on visitors like Raven and Mei. Maybe they can inflict mental damage though.

@@raiden1889 it's a butterfly, actually. moth's don't have the black detailing and lining that butterflies do, and naturally her color scheme change fits the way butterfly colors work. at first her wings are blue, a calm and welcoming demeanor that will naturally draw in others, showing she is friendly. however, once it turns orange, it's a drastic change of tone. she's harsh, cold, quick, calculated, and overall intimidating. orange signifies danger to predators. also generally the wings are shaped signify she's based off a butterfly. moths have a more oval shape, however butterflies have more variety in shape. also she literally has butterfly attacks. hell, at the very end butterflies are seen fluttering away from her wings. if that's not saying butterfly then idk what is

This is just my prediction, but Aponia might be a strong candidate to be a new S rank valk in 5.7, currently 5.6 we got Pardofelis as a farmable A rank valk, as per tradition the next patch usually will be a new S rank valk, earlier when Elysia become a boss she come out as a new S rank, same case with Mobius, and now Aponia is also a boss.

@@evisl.w6552 that may be true but Kevin with the help of Selene did manage to stun the Herrscher of the End for a few hours, even flamescion, reason, and sentience (maybe thunder too if Mei stops working for him) together probably doesn’t even hold a candle to HotE, it may even take one of our main characters turning into Current era HotE to restrain Kevin’s honkai activation form and then they may find a way to talk him out of Project Stigma or he could go the Self sacrifice route and stop a bigger threat idk.

@@illustris. Hua shadow knight and Sakura memento are so dated you can’t really call them flame chaser suits until they revamp them to have the same quality as HoT and HoR. As in fluid rotation dps kits and not get constantly hamstuck half the time or longer in dps down times due to lengthy cooldowns or poor sp generation. Pardy at least helps memento to stand out better and the trauma changes does resolve some issues, but that’s more of one suit covering for another then the dps suit itself being good for current content.

Aponia definitely, but if it’s herrscher of sentience I think her illusions are stronger, tbh a fight between Aponia and HoS Fu Hua is something I’d pay a lot of money to see, although HoS would likely win unless Aponia has a Honkai activation form and uses that, it’d still be a kickass fight either way.

It's not meant to be a direct similarity by any means. Mihoyo has stated in the Arahato event that companies tend to reuse assets for characters. And given they are both made by the same company, it makes sense that some characters will have similar styles to another.

They're deliberately different from most Honkai characters to carry that "long dead civilization" vibe but i wouldn't call them similar to Genshin, they're mostly too elaborately designed for Genshin...outside of maybe similarities to second form Signora (to which funny enough, the Hellfire Butterfly material you get from her is almost identical to the Fire Moth emblem)
