I didn't even know they made electronic practice pads, I thought they were all just pieces of nicely shaped wood to hit on, lol. Great review Justin!

Can you change the seconds for the counting mode?

I am thinking about getting an electric drum kit to toy with, maybe an Alesis... I was never proficient at playing drums but you are NEVER too old to learn a new instrument...

Do it man! Depending on your budget, under $500 Alesis Nitro is a good choice, but if you can spend $1000 you'll have some better options.

Oh BTW, speaking of the Nitro, you could totally make some contend doing stuff like this kzbin.info/www/bejne/j6W4c5tons2Xd6c

I prefer the Tama RW200 metronome to me is much better because that particular pad, I don't think I can use my marching snare sticks and I'm real skeptical about that. I do play the drum kit but when it comes to my drum exercises I use my marching snare drum pad and my marching sticks along with my Tama RW200 metronome.

Yeah, this thing is not great. Your setup is much better.

even if it tracked well, I still don't see the point
