How has this grip held up? The Nikon is made out of magnesium so it's very tough. I've hear of communication issues, screw issue and overall build quality issues. I'm afraid because I don't want to damage my camera. Thanks ahead of time.

I have had the Meike grip for both the Nikon D600 the D610 and on the D750 and I cannot honestly fault it. It actually feels good quality and makes the camera so much easier to hold in portrait and of course extra battery life. I have not directly compared it to the Nikon version but you cannot go wrong at the price. I have also not had ANY problems with communication between the grip and the camera and the screw works just as it should.
