Wow!! I'm seriously blown away! I just stumbled across this song and I've literally got goosebumps! Followed you on Spotify and I hope to see a lot from you in the future! I absolutely love this song, it really captures the anxiety that is always above our generation, the fear of the burning earth! What a masterpiece, this is definitely going to my playlist!

You're a great artist Meira, your music is comforting, but I despair that no one is listening.

It's important to take care of this earth. But under stand that the young don't know how how much worse the environment was in the past. The air, water and earth is much cleaner than it used to be 50 years ago. We need to keep it up. But it is not getting worse. It has actually been getting better. Finally there is someone to believe in....God. He is real. He loves you.

You are seriously misinformed. Though some aspects of localized pollution are improved in the past few decades, overall, global industrial pollution and biodiversity loss are far, far worse. The climate crisis is a planetary emergency. Meira is very right to be sad and worried, and she is wise in knowing there is no mythical being to turn to. Kudos to her for writing such a beautiful song that expresses the needs and sorrow of her generation.

@@blue14428 I love people who claim to be self professed experts. I am not one but I know what I have witnessed over many many decades. And while I am not an expert. I listen to both sides of the story. I listen to individuals as well as organizations. When I hear Nasa say that they were not getting the results they were looking for from calibrated ocean temperature sensors so the changed to hand picking temperatures from uncalibrated ship thermometers. That tells me there is something going on beyond science. When I hear an australian scientist willing to explain how state funded scientists get grants to study the dying reefs knowing that reefs continually die and regenerate, but never talk about the regenerate, only death, I think something is going on. When I hear that the last time England had a warm spell was the last time the earth orbited between the same two planets but no one in the climate community acknowledges or looks into the claim, or explains why he is wrong, my BS meter goes off. So maybe I am "uninformed". Or maybe I am able to think for myself after listening to both sides.

@@blue14428 FYI, plants grow best in an environment of 1000 - 2000 ppm. So at 400 ppm we are starving them of needed CO2. That is like expecting humans to all live at an elevation of 14,000 ft. CO2 is not a pollutant. When plants live in higher CO2 levels they grow less stamata. For ever CO2 molecule they absorb, they emit 100 times as much moisture. So higher CO2 levels means plants need less water to grow and emit less moisture into the atmosphere. There are many pollutants that need to be brought under control. CO2 levels has been much higher many millennia ago. Some scientist show that CO2 is actually heat neutral between the sun side and night side of the earth. Water vapor is actually a worse greenhouse gas.

Beautiful melody, sadly the shortness of life has promoted a get-all-you-can-today attitude with no regard for future generations. As always beautifully performed
