Every time a new Melanie Martinez video comes out, I always watch the reactions. I watched a couple reactions before yours, and what I saw was them being very weirded out. They were uncomfortable and weirded out and they didn’t really like it. But I appreciate that you like her weirdness and you find it very playful and very fun. And that is what made this reaction so good. I also like that you kept pausing it, because it’s not a reaction if you Don’t give feedback. listen!!! in the bakery they are making their own model of the Melanie they want. Melanie is tired of doing stuffs to please them like dressing so playful and being ruled by them. so now in this music video you can see her dressing completely different dancing very happy telling them to "pack it! box it! flip it! top it!", so this means she have made her mind up to start doing what makes her happy no matter the consequences she will have to pay

Not young Katy perry vibes....it’s all vintage aesthetic. Katy Perry uses some of these vintage aesthetic’s for her image but it does not apply to her music. Katy Perry’s music is cookie cutter, no pun intended :-). Melanie Martinez is a whole different monster :-). Katy Perry might have pipes but she doesn’t have the creativity that Melanie Martinez does and Melanie incorporates her unique take on vintage aesthetic into her whole being. Great vid!❤️
