Thank you! I had to get used to the feel of the velvet yarn. It is very fragile. Once I got going though, it started to come together so pretty! I love how soft it is! ☺️💖

Love your videos and so glad u are back!! I'm having issues keeping my chain stitch straight, I am having a hard time seeing the "V" side from the back with the extra stitch going through. I think it's the yarn as I don't have this problem with other yarns. Any advice would be welcome! I would consider myself a seasoned beginner, lol! I have made many projects with Melanie.

Could this same pattern be done with the same weight of yarn but in Superwash Wool? A friend blessed me with a bunch of yarn, two balls of the SW Wool & I'm trying to find a pattern for it & this looks pretty & easy. I'm still learning.

Melanie ..I have made 4 of your scarves and i have noticed when completed that the initial edge of the scarf...the long chain stitch edge, does not stretch like the final edge of the scarf does. One side stretches and the other edge does not. Is this normal? Or have i been doing something wrong???
