Hey sis! Quick tip when doing your sprints. Gradually slow down when sprinting. Need to be light on your feet and not stomping on our whole foot. Could cause injury in shins. Love you! 💕

Thank you sooo much for taking the time to talk about the importance of stretching!! I’m a dancer and when I realized how little I hear about it in the fitness community I was shocked as it was always the first priority for me and not something extra to do!!! I also love mobility stretches rather than static so gona try these out before my workout today 😁

Great videos so many good exercises that I didn’t even know about. I can’t do powdered protein and energy drinks, that ish is horrible for you in the long run impacts your kidneys adrenals etc but to each their own

I thoroughly enjoyed this, i think Ive found my future inspo! Thank you! - How often would you recommend altering your workouts, dependant on fitness levels. I have a similar spilt but unsure when to switch up certain exercises after a period of time, ensuring not to hinder progressive overload ! 😎
