If you haven't already, try the Olly extra strength & I feel like trick is not to use them every night, otherwise they don't work as consistently. I swear also sleepytime tea works because I usually fall asleep before drinking half of it but probs just placebo effect tho 😂. For magnesium, I take bioptimizers magnesium breakthrough (mostly to help me stay regular). It's a complex & I just take 2 at night, whenever I can remember (I'd disregard the loading phase as well). I'M ALSO SO GLAD YOU'RE DOING VLOGMAS, WE MISSED YOUUUU BABES! 💜

I stopped cleaning with fabuloso, and hard cleaning products because those chemicals stay on the floor and my cat's paws have tiny veins in them and they absorb those chemicals through their paws and get sick. You should look into getting a steam mop that kills bacteria through heat and not harsh chemicals. I know you love your kitties and want the best for them so, just saying ❤
