Some people think the Bible is a book that judges us but it’s not that at all it’s literally a guide for us to thrive and find peace God already dealt with your mistakes Your weakness is your strength If you see a Bible verse and you feel like it doesn’t relate you you keep it and still watch it because God might be giving it to you for later Whatever you ask for in prayer with faith you will receive

I also heat damaged my curly hair (3b). I made the mistake of straightening it at 435 F to make it more "sleek" but it kind of backfired and I had severe heat damage mostly at the ends. I did a big chop a couple of weeks ago from waist length to clavicle length and I kind of like it. I was sad about it for a while but it's just hair, it will grow back

Olaplex is good in all but you have to take a break from the heat. Just put the flat irons up for at least a good 6 months. Go without heat Especially if you want to see a difference in your hair health.

I agree. I was just about to say the same. Give up the heat. Olaplex is good but its not a miracle worker. Your hair didn't revert back when you were washing, it which means its over processed. The only thing you can do is chop it off and start again.

Why use such a high heat setting in the first place? Your curl pattern already seems very loose and stretched. You could have had similar results with 340-360 degrees and one pass. It's crazy how people be making videos 'teaching' others about hair care and don't use common sense with their own hair.
