Thank you Sis. I never know that we can test our body pH level. I will definitely buy it. You guys are amazing to keep for 2 months 👏. Btw, Costco has Alkaline water (pH 9.5) and I use it on and off. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks you for sharing, I like watching your videos and I was watching your detox program, i think you are using too much sugar because you mentioned your diet based on 80% fruits 20% veggies but it will be too much sugar from fruits even if natura sugar but if you switch to more veggies than fruits it will be great and also if you add lemon water you will get more alkaline from the lemon 🍋 and try coconut water its good too 👍

I know people love to fall in the crowds, and drink the cool aid, but instead if focusing to do one thing once a year, try to live healthy style, because we are what we eat So at list stay away from bad foods every day 1. No sugar 2. No vegetable oils 3. No gluten, especially, people with autoimmune diseases 3. Don’t mess up with dairy At list, if you can’t avoid dairy product, stuck with a dairy product for a grass fed cow 4. No soy products, it is GMO 5. No corn, it is mostly GMO 6. Meats only from grass fed animal 7. Egg only organic pasteurized egg... 8. Drink a lot of water 9. No soda 10. No store buy juices Made your own juice at home Do intermittent fasting Avoid any inflammatory foods, google and do your own research Make sure you don’t have food sensitivity....check with your doctor So stay healthy and make sure you eat healthy, food is before exercise exercise is not a big deal and don’t do nothing for you if you keep eating junk, first make sure you are not eating junk before you think to do detox and exercise Good luck 👍

Yes indeed I'm on gluten, Grain,nuts and seeds,sugar( including honey and any form of sweetner)diary & meat, all kind of oils (except Extra vergin olive oil)Free dite for over 5 years injoying preparing my own food. i can confirm this dite can reverse any kind of stomach health issues including Migraine But Fasting & praying with Faith is the most important key of our life as it is in the Bible,without spiritual health body health doesn't matter anything by itself.
