Probably because it was a one time incident and the news is trying to spin it like it was a regular occurrence. I’m not aware of any real graff writer who would just slice up the seat cushions for no reason, it doesn’t get their name up and it’s toy at to needlessly harass commuters, most of whom are average working class folks.

@@kostarossides5062 lol gangs in Melbourne were much worse than that back in the day. Only main concern we have now are crazy people coming into the city with the intent on killing other people. Although it is true that African crimes have risen in the past 2-3 years the media are still bias as fuck over that shit. But yeah the deep western suburbs are the new no go zones now. But I guarantee you it was much worse before 2003.

@@Cawshes Crazy people coming in with intent on killing other people, haha that definitely is true. Bourke street rampage and Flinders street rampage which both happened last year were caused up by a couple of nuts.

@@kostarossides5062 there was actually 2 more incidents last year that involved nutjobs driving like psychopaths in the city. It made it on the news but you didnt hear much about it as no one got hurt. An Asian guy who realised what he did and went to Crown before he got arrested and a Teenager in an Army suit who got taken down with tasers lol. Also let's not forget about the Somalian psychopath who went and stabbed a bunch of people in the city before the Cops shot him dead several weeks ago.

Wtf?! Graffiti is all about getting up and doing what you love not making stupid shit like stealing or killing
@sirreoser56684 жыл бұрын
@@kzr_1613 That's what it is now, back in the day it was basically crews, rakking paint, clothes, shoes and basically everything. Lots of all city boys also pushed as they'd be out all night and it's easy money. Graffiti now is ask permission or do a day spot, rock up to site with paint Nd your purse and feel good about a mediocre piece of art with no story/ history behind it. Graff is a joke compared to 15-25+ years ago, just a bunch of culture rapists The worst thing about graffiti is it lowered peoples standard for art. Their are amazing artists, but %85+ of mural artists just do a basic piece that follows art theory and "rules" in a large manner. (meaning those who do mural work with brush work, it use to be fantastic, stuff you'd swear belonged in a gallery, now it's all meh)
