Healthy veg there. The 1st pawpaw doesn’t look like one? The jackfruit should do well with the brick wall and surrounding gravel and bricks. Perfect microclimate with the brick wall and gravel. There’s an old saying that you never plant a $50 plant in a $5 hole. Make sure you put just 5 minutes into incorporating compost and/or manures in the site. It always helps establishment and if you have heavy soil, keeps the site warmer in winter as the site will be higher than the surrounding ground. In saying that, your side trees have done well without that. I would apply this rule for other trees though. The more nutrients and soil biota the better. Pity about the male papaya but try some newly released ones called Red Army and Red Lady. They’re both hybrid reds that set fruit without pollination (have no seeds is a bonus) and fruited in Adelaide well with hundreds of fruit. Available from a nursery in Queensland with the ‘initials’ RC. Another one based at Dromana in Victoria sell it too. Google. They sell a hybrid yellow which fruits well too. That side would be great for a KP seedling. Look out for an advanced one on FB marketplace or local nurseries. Not ideal but can plant it out now with a cooler change. There’s a risk of foundation damage but I’ve seen them grown to 8m right next walls without damage. You can always trellis it to the wall. They thrive in the heat. You’ll get earlier flowering and fruiting. No reason to remove any pawpaw leaves unless in the way. It will prove a good example what can be achieved in the right position. Longans can survive with full sun but litchis need 50% shade cloth especially when establishing in the 1st few years. It also help to deal with some minor quick frosts not lasting many hours.

Bummer about the male papaya, but you can still benefit from its other parts. I wouldn't plant the second jackfruit so close to the house. Overall the garden is doing well, but keep up the water in summer.

Sucks it's a male but yes will still be using the flowers and leaves to eat and make tea with super healthy for you! Plus got two more papaya ok the way to assist pollination

If you want to take the risk, you can convert a male papaya into a female / hermaphrodite by inducing stress. Plenty of articles and vids out there on it. Never tried it though!
