Melbourne W7 trams 2008-2012

View the last of Melbourne's W7 class trams operating on routes 30 (St Vincent's Plaza to Docklands) and 78/79 (North Richmond-Prahran/St Kilda) as well as on the City Circle. W class trams ceased regular operation on routes 30 and 78/79 in 2014. Trams featured are 1005, 1010, 1012, 1015, 1019, 1020, 1022, 1031 and 1039. The 40 W7 class trams were the last of Melbourne's W class trams to be built and were numbered in the range 1001-1040. These video clips were filmed over the period 2008-2012. Hi Arnaud, thank you for your kind comment about my video. Now, there are still W class trams on the City Circle line (route 35), but route 30 and routes 78/79 no longer have the W class trams operating on them.
