Not me just finding this and crying coz of good this was… May loved daisy as her own and you could tell… I never realized just how much what they went through were similar till you edited it like this… especially the part of may talking to daisy about locking herself in a box… that edit gave me goosebumps….

I’ve finally watched this show and the one thing I’m gutted about is they said that coulson sees Skye as his daughter so many times and I needed it said about may as well. Because she looked at Skye and was like "yep, that’s my kid" and held on so hard and pulled her out of the darkness over and over, it was so beautiful

God how often do we get female characters like Melinda May in media? Women who are ruthless but fair, cold and stoic but warm and compassionate when needed, she’s so emotionally shut down but so endlessly caring and brave when it comes to those few people she loves. And she’s a hero????? Usually women in media who come across as unemotional are villainised but she’s ambitious and decisive and brave and she gets to be good. I just adore her

Their relationship really evolved. Like I think may didn’t see her as an agent and just a kid. She was really mean, she seen eventually that she had potential. That’s when she started to become protective over daisy. Now daisy could protect herself so may kind of watches over daisy and helps her when she needs it.
