This video was timely and perfect. I am 68 and have over the past few days injured my shoulder doing (on-the-floor) side planks and (table) push-ups. After a week or two of rest, I’ll substitute the moves in this video for what I had been doing. Thank you!

Margaret. Thank you for this excellent video. The detailed way in which you explain the exercises really help. I was wondering if you are able to answer an unrelated to physio question. I do Feldenkrais lessons and have found that my posture has improved dramatically. Are you able to comment on how I would integrate Feldenkrais practices with physio exercises. I've got a t10 compression fracture that doesn't cause any pain but does cause mobility issues. I greatly appreciate your videos. Warm regards Pauline ❤
