First time here. I had shoulder surgery recently after a 6months’ near incapacity, and a lot of just sitting around, because if I got up, I would try to use my shoulder! So now after 3 months of PT for the shoulder, it is nearly back to normal, but I find that sacroiliac joint is weird and often makes it hard to walk, so that is why I am here! I hope to help my back by strengthening my core. Thanks for the beginning!

I have a lower abdominal hernia. I want to do some exercises to strengthen it right now. It is really hurting me. It’s not a real bad hernia but if I don’t take care of it, it’s going to get worse. The pain goes away once in a while for weeks at a time, but sometimes I eat the wrong thing and it starts hurting. I need to be on a better diet. I like your video. Have a great day. 😄❤️

I swim 200+ metres in our pool every day (7 days/week), and do Tai Chi every day when it's too cold to swim.
