Thank you , Margaret for your expertise on many different areas, I have purchased your videos and know they are going to help with my osteoporosis, I am also a certified walk leader and have taught walking classes for many years, I will tune into your walking video for more tips, for myself when teaching a walking clinic, I concentrate not only on posture but arm technique and shoes as many people are not aware of how important the proper shoes we wear can make a difference on other body parts that could cause us issues…thank you again for lifting me up with your many tips on how to have more quality of life while dealing with Osteoporosis.

Thank you! I have done a lot of hiking for many years and I do try to warm up and cool down, but I have never come across these exercises for warming up before. I will start doing them next time I walk-brilliant!😊

@@margaretmartinpt As well I can't run full out, because of blown discs and muscle issues in the back...I want to get down to 145 to 147 lbs.. God willing,, I can get that done.. have a good evening..God bless you..
