Thank you again for enlightening us with some safe and effective stretches…being a avid walking enthusiast, I have always believed in the power of stretching especially after your walk, I enjoy nature walks mostly and since I walk mostly in the fields where the horses are, I can even use one of them to stretch while they are grazing…it’s all about being creative…keep up with helping us to improve in many different areas, I am enjoying your video tapes I purchased to do online for my osteoporosis.

Can I do this with osteoporosis I also have leg pain on thighs and and hamstrings. Although not always
