I'm a hairdresser and what the hair thickening shampoos actually do, is they go into the hair shaft and blow it up temporarily to give hair the appearance of being thicker. Yes, they can be drying.

Hi Melissa I'm watching your video right now about favorites I have to tell you, you never talk too long. anyway, I'm 57 and in 2020 I was diagnosed with stage 4 terminal cancer started out as a melanoma and ended up all through my body on my heart wall in both lungs inside my spine I am now 5 in shorter I was 5.7 now I'm 5 ft. That's from the cancer.in my spine and bones. I mean it just ravaged my body anyway, one of the strangest side affects from chemo was every single one of my toenails just came right off. I was starting to polish them one day and the toenail just came off into my fingers I thought what the heck and then I realized as I went through all 10 every single one of them came off. No fibers were attached at all. so I lost my hair all of my toenails and my fingernails also!!!! eyebrows, eyelashes. I mean it was awful! what I want to tell you is that it's 2025 now and for the first time since I was diagnosed and going through chemo I was able to polish a full set of toenails all 10 of them they all grew back I don't think there is as strong as they were and neither are my fingernails I don't think they ever will be. maybe in time. I'm not sure if I have the time left anyway that's what I wanted to tell you your toenails will grow back and they will get stronger you're lucky you only had two come off I had all 10 fingers, and 10 toes. They never said I'm in remission but they never said I wasn't so who knows God bless and I look forward to watching you next you're always so interesting and beautiful my dear my name is Katie it's Catherine I go by Katie XXOO❤

I'm so glad to hear someone else say they hate lavender. I thought I was the only person on the planet! It STINKS! I'm very much into essential oils. I'm in the process of replacing my plastic diffusers with ones that have glass because of micro plastics. I have tons of books on oils and I'm a true believer in their efficacy.

Melissa, I have Hashimoto’s so I also need gluten free foods. Sour dough bread is always gluten free. Just wanted you to know! 💕

Sourdough is made with wheat flour that contains gluten. Due to the fermentation it cuts back on the gluten but it’s still there. However there are some versions of sourdough made with gluten free flours but in my opinion they don’t taste as good.

I am 65 years old and have had a major surgery for my back. Since then I have had my very long hair falling out with every brushing and more so when i detangle it and much breaking. I tweaked my testosterone HRT recently and that’s when my hair started thinning out. Freaked out is what I did. I stopped of course taking that dosage of testosterone cream and have back down. Now I’m trying to play catch-up. My Dr said take saw Palmetto. I’d like to find outwhat are the treatments that you’ve done Melissa and can you direct me to that video that you feel are helping your hair growth.

I have watched your videos for a while, and I really enjoy them. I have been using almond oil from "NOW", and for me, it works as good as the expensive oils, but I want to try the one you showed us. I have used aromatherapy for years and I love essential oils and several diffusers that I have. They are absolutely wonderful. Lemon is my favorite. Peppermint is wonderful for winter! 💕

Hi Melissa I found the little machine for making picture stickers fascinating. I have almost the exact same pair of combat boots by Dream Pairs. Mi have not been able to wear any type of heel until I got DreamPair sandals….now they are not super high heel , it I was so thrilled to have some height. Great video as always. I use Plant Therapy: Chill Out (dilute in a roller and use as needed when I feel anxious) and Respir Aid, and Germ Fighter diffused every night. I think they work great!

Loved the video, I am always interested in what people like. That mini sticker printer is so cute, I want one too! Just like Yourself I don't look at the photos on my phone, I want them in my diary/ planner. I am a visual person, so I think it would work out well for me. Just like You, I need to be GF for health reasons, but sadly Schar products didn't work for me, a lot of them have wheat flour with gluten removed, so I'd still react. Greetings Melissa! You know, I have tiny ear canals too! I have never been able to wear earbuds because of it. I think I watched the Latte ASMR video where she made coffee silently and it really was so soothing. That clicking and loud tapping with the fingernails drives me up a wall! I have trouble sleeping too. (Last night I finally fell asleep at about 5am and woke up at 6:30!) I'm looking forward to trying that hair oil if it's not too expensive. See you soon!! I have hair that is thinning because of the cancer and drugs I have to take, so I use a rotation of Nioxin, Kerastase Densifique, and Nutri Ox (that I get at Sally's). I take turns with all of them.

I have an oil diffuser that I love and feel the same way about lavender it gives me a headache. I do love the essential oil combos that make fresh earthy scents I find this so relaxing! 🥰

I too have tiny ears, Bluetooth earbuds are tough for me. I have two pair of Bose and Bose noise cancelling Bluetooth headphones which are AmAzInG. I’ve had Altec Lansing earbuds which are great but my favorites are Shokz hands down. I sleep with them easily while listening to tv. 😊

I agree but it is sooo hard to grow your hair out that when u cut it, it is like a death of self. However 4-6 inches gone would be beautiful and hair would be more light and bouncy.
