Wow, Mel! Thanks for being honest about your skin. I've also been struggling for the last 2 months and I still don't know why this is happening. I haven't had problems like this for probably around 7 years so my confidence has been down 👎 good luck with your cleanse!🤗 xx

If your not eating for 10 days, logically you energy will go even lower💛Food = fuel & energy. So please, do what is best for your health, and a cleanse is not it. If your low energy, try and eat more so your body can thrive

I’ve been getting the same symptoms of you, always tired skin is breaking out etc but I think it’s because my iron is low so I’ve been taking my iron tablets again, do you think that it could be your iron levels? 🤔

Not 100% sure.. but I have the same issues with scalp and skin and was taking the biotin gummies you were. It was new to my diet and I've never had worse skin or hair since taking them for a couple months. I've decided to stop them as I read some reviews about how it can actually be bad for you. I could be wrong but just a suggestion! :)
@francescadp47395 жыл бұрын
I agree with Jessica. I used to taking biotin supplements, after a few months I developed severe acne and it unbalanced my hormones somehow. Fortunately now, after months of bad acne I am fine. But yeah I'd suggest you have a look at your hormonal levels, that may help. By the way, love your videos Melissa!

You probably don't want to hear this but your breakouts could be caused by all the sugar you eat! I was eating a lot of fruit and smoothies, dates ect. thinking they were healthier than processed sugar, but they also raise your blood sugar substantially and in some people cause breakouts. For a couple months I've of cut out most fruit and carb heavy meals, pasta, bread eat and my skin has never been better!! I was breaking out a ton and didn't know why also!! It could also be causing your lack of energy, all of the sugar highs and crashes!!

I know you’ve mentioned you have hormone imbalance.... I do too. I have/had all the same symptoms. If you don’t have a regular cycle, you might have the same issue as I do... it’s called hypothalamic amenorrhea. For quite a while I was extremely slim, little to no body fat. Naturally I have the same body type as you, tall and slim, I’m active and eat pretty clean. I’ve been working out (weight training) and trying to eat more calories to put on some muscle. I was advised to cut out high intensity cardio for a while though since that increases cortisol, and stresses your adrenals, too much cortisol restricts androgens from functioning correctly. So far, this has been helping me, skin is clearing up, sleeping well and much more motivated and high energy. Advice from specialists, maybe it could help you too!

I'm at the same situation with my acne. I am not used to having acne as a teenager. I just started having them now that I'm 33. 😩 And I am finding all possible solutions to get rid of them. 😓😢😩😫 Found out it was with whey protein, oats, soy, and so on. I am planning to take a skin patch testing to know if from where I am getting this aside from what I mentioned above. So stressful... 😢

@makeuplover92465 жыл бұрын
LittleHeart5 Why did you choose curology and what kind of improvements are you seeing? I’ve been looking into it.
@LittleHeart55 жыл бұрын
@@makeuplover9246 I used Curology after a year of constant acne- at 30yrs old. It wasn't dramatic or all over a large area, but still really bothered me esp after never having issues EVER in the past. I was so frustrated and felt like I had tried everything, cutting out dairy, and everything else and nothing seemed to help. I tried Curology almost as like a what the hell why not type of thing, nothing else worked so I figured I would try the trial. I believe its just pay shipping for a month of treatment. I started seeing results just in my trial package- in about a month. I haven't had any new breakouts since about week 4 or 5. I'm SO happy I did it. I would recommend it x1000!!

Great video girl 👏🏼 This is gonna sound odd, but I was OBSESSED with oatmeal, + I noticed my face was breaking out all the time. The only thing that had changed were the oats. I cut out the oats to every now and then, and my face almost instantly cleared up 👏🏼🤷🏼♀️ Weird i know, and idk why, but it worked 💚
