Recipe:
Banana - 2 kg.
Hot pepper - 2 pcs.
Bay leaf.
Garlic - 2 cloves per jar.
Dill seeds - 1 tsp for each jar.
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp for each jar.
5 types of aromatic pepper (black pepper, white pepper, green pepper, pink pepper, allspice).
Sugar - 1 tsp for each jar.
Salt - 1.5 tsp for each jar.
Vinegar (70%) - 1 tsp for each jar.
Boiling water.

✅ The lids of the jars must be tightly closed! Air must not get inside!
✅ Storage conditions must be correct.
We have cool cellars under (on the ground) most of the houses. We keep it there.

It's a nice idea of storing bananas for 2 years but how can we use these bananas ? Where can we use them ? Why did you put chili pepper ? Bananas won't be chili after storing them ? Congratulations !

У НАС УЖЕ ЗАВОЗА В МАГАЗИНАХ ТАКИХ КРУПНЫХ БАНАНОВ НЕТ - ОДНУ МЕЛКИЕ ПРИВОЗЯТ НАЗЫВАЯ ИХ.МИНИ ДА ЕЩЕ И ЗЕЛЕНЫЕ .ЗАВОЗА НА КРУПНЫЕ НЕТ И НЕ БУДУТ ТАКИЕ КАК РАНЬШЕ БЫЛИ .А ВОТ В ЧЕМ ДЕЛО Я НЕ ЗНАЮ .МОЖЕТ В БОЛЬШИХ ГОРОДАХ КАК КРАСНОДАР И ПРИВОЗЯТ А У НАС В ТИХОРЕЦКЕ НЕТ .ТАМ НУЖНЕЙ .
