Best to avoid the neck area as the skin is much more sensitive, increase the time gradually working the way up to 10mins and rinse with cold water - it's more soothing and doesn't extra exfoliate your skin like using a cloth does.

Do not use 2-3 dropper fulls. That's too much. Not only are you wasting product, but it will be very uncomfortable. You only need 4 to 6 drops. Tap it onto you skin in a thin layer. Only leave on for the full 10 minutes if its comfortable for you. If it stings or burns, only leave it on for 2 to 3 minutes and rinse. You can slowly increase by about a minute over the next few weeks until you're comfortable enough to leave it for the full 10 minutes. Burning your face off is not the goal.

Sorry, but no, this is incorrect: unlike a serum that you leave on the skin, 4-6 drops of this product will not be effective. Using approximately a teaspoon of an exfoliating acid mask, which is about 2-3 droppers full of product, ensures effective and even coverage for optimal exfoliation. Using less may lead to insufficient or uneven results. If you have sensitive skin, you might consider using a bit less. However, those with sensitive skin often do not tolerate glycolic acid well, so even small amounts might be intolerable.

Hello again :) Yes, it's actually a strong peel, but if you're new to such intense masks, just start with a small amount. Leave it on for only a few minutes at first, then gradually increase both the amount and the time left on the skin until you reach the full 10 minutes. :) This way, you make sure not to overdo it and can figure out if it's working well for your skin.

Only use SPF during the day and if you are exposed to the sun. If you stay indoors most of the time, it's not needed. You can also wear a cap or hat. As for the sunscreen, I really like Good Molecules Sheer Mineral SPF, but it depends on what is available to you.

Consuming too many foods and drinks with added sugar, such as sodas, juices, cookies, chips, candies, processed food, and fast food, can have a huge impact on your skin and overall health. It would be great to eat as healthily, naturally, and unprocessed as possible to reduce it. Start with one thing, like sodas, then move on to the next thing, and so on. You need to get off the sugar.

If you have sensitive skin, you may not be able to tolerate it, depending on your individual sensitivities. This means you might react to certain ingredients, which may or may not be present in the formulation. However, unless you know these ingredients, you won't be able to determine if they will affect you. Also, it does not peel off the skin.

I am against using it under the arms because, firstly, it is very potent and, secondly, it can be easily absorbed in these areas, potentially entering the bloodstream. While the AHAs and BHAs themselves may not be an issue, the added preservatives and other ingredients can be, especially when used too often or for very long periods. For knees and elbows, it should not be an issue as the skin is very thick, but not overdoing it is really key.

Yes, but not immediately after the peel. I would recommend using their Retinol 0.2% in Squalane or Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion instead.

Hey! :) You do not experience visible peeling when using this mask. This is more common with much stronger masks or other skin-peeling treatments, which you won't get over the counter, as this would be too dangerous for people to do at home.

My first try to use the ordinary peeling solution. My experience is I didn't have any tingling at all and my face didn't turn purple like Melissa my skin kinda absorbed it 😅 it's gone it disappeared after application. I did use two drops in every area both cheeks and the forehead. My face dried up but didn't turned purple like the color of this solution. The same when I put ascorbic acid. I wonder why? Maybe the consistency of this solution was changed?

Well, I assume you have a darker skin tone, don't you? That might be why you couldn't see the difference. However, you can also try using a bit more, as demonstrated in this video. But if the amount you're currently using is effective, there's no need to increase it. The tingling sensation depends on your personal skin tolerance, and it's generally normal if you haven't used many acidic products before and have only started recently. Your skin probably has a "massive" buildup of dead skin cells, but as soon as the exfoliant sheds them off, it might tingle a bit. Keep in mind that it doesn't have to tingle, and this is not a cause for concern or an indication that it's not effective.

I'm not entirely sure how well this will work for your skin concerns, as I don't typically experience such spots after acne. They usually don't stay for months. You can certainly give it a try, but you might have better results with Alpha Arbutin and/or Azelaic Acid.

The Ordinary Peeling Solution can help fade Post-Inflammatory Erythema (PIE), but the results can vary from person to person, and it also depends on the severity of the discoloration. However, I wouldn't recommend using it if you have sensitive skin. Generally, PIE can take weeks to months to fade, which may take longer for severe cases. With proper treatment and consistent use of targeted skincare products, it is possible to speed up the fading process. Still, the skin does some of the healing as well, so make sure to not irritate when using treatments for PIE.

When do you use the AHA+BHA peel? Since there's no need for sunscreen in the evening. However, sunscreen is crucial during the daytime when you're exposed to the sun. Finding the best sunscreen can be tricky, but I personally like formulations such as NIOD Survival 30 or Good Molecules Sheer Mineral 30.

Hey! :) Personally, I don't advocate using exfoliating acids (or any other products) on the armpits because they can easily absorb into the skin (due to the high sweat levels in that area). It's unknown what effects this might have on our bodies when done excessively and over a long period of time.

Generally, there should be no issue using it on other days, as the Azelaic Acid Suspension is gentle, but it depends on your personal skin tolerance, so test it. :) However, what may be beneficial to use along with it would be The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + Beta Glucan or +HA. You could use these before applying the Azelaic Acid to provide hydration and a better slip for the suspension. Apart from that, there is no need for anything else. If the products target your specific skin concerns, then that's it. :)

Ive never used a peel before and tonight when I tried using it there was a very noticeable tingling sensation. It didnt burn, but it was noticeable enough to be unpleasant. Unlike a charcoal facemask or other peel-off masks, you do NOT physically peel this solution off the skin. The term "peeling" here refers to its ability to induce exfoliation at a chemical level, helping to "peel away" dead skin cells. After applying for up to 10 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water. While using a cloth isn't necessary, it works well for me, so I often showcase it. However, you can simply rinse it off with water. Ensure that everything is thoroughly removed, ideally in the shower. The solution contains AHAs for surface exfoliation and BHA for deeper pore action. However, it should be avoided on active or inflamed acne due to its strength.
