Battle idea: 3x3 square, like tic-tac-toe board, with mountains in between each. Put each race of humanoids in each corner, put each one of the summoning things (like tumor and cybercore) on the side squares, and put a few undead in the center. See which one comes on top. Also, if you don't want the cybercore, you can use bandits or some one man army.

In mordern warfare that is actually the case now. Technology has advanced so much that the utilities of something like an anti-tank ballistic launcher is both used as a thermal/night vision scanner that can be use without the automated tracker is used by creative troops giving them huge advantages over people who lack them or have them but never think of this use. Real modern armies want smart people hence why they offer so many education bonuses and home assistance. If they wanted as many idiots as they could get there hands on they'd cut all the college stuff and just give folks bigger checks. And days off. maybe salary? I don't know, i study sociology not economic sociology

I'm curious if it would have been different if the locations of super-genius and genius were swapped. It is possible that idiots were going down to super-geniuses and killing them for their weapons and since supers had such low numbers they couldn't really fight back, even with better weapons it's still 10 to 1. Swapping spots would have made it supers vs genius (25 vs 10) and vs normal (5v1) which could have given the supers more of even odds numbers wise.

You need a larger map and some bodies of water. Numbers trump everything when you're in an enclosed space like this. If there were land shapes in water then your geniuses and super geniuses could maybe use their boats to take islands. Also, how smart those first guys are doesn't matter for much after the first few generations. So either find a way to make traits 100% inheritable or, maybe try this out with elves instead. Just some thoughts. :)
