I love modular in general but I gotta say the art and panel designs on eurorack are unparalleled. This rack is so pretty! Like Aurora 😍

Not a wasted unit. That’s super satisfying. Great choices. I don’t think to use so many fx but it’s a treat. Great stuff

Was listening to this in the background for a moment but had to check back in because I was wondering why a module would be named "Night Scallop" .... now I get it lol

Your modular videos always bring me joy. Had to disassemble my system and only the case is left by now. Itching to get back into Modular with a fresh approach sometime!

Waiting to hear back from them. "My academic background is music theory and composition. I think of -and use- modular synthesis in an orchestral manner. However, I do not “generally” write diatonic music. As much as we all hate labels, I write “neo-serial primitivism” (the twelve-tone serialism of Schoenberg , the rhythm and ostinati of Stravinsky, combined). The Bard Quartet interests me. I have a few questions: 1) • “User editable microtuning capabilities”. “it includes highly customisable Microtuning and Arpeggiator options”. I take this to mean I can take a series of pitches and detune certain notes to be quarter tones. Eg. C ¼ sharp. Do I understand this correctly? Can I do that? I would like to explore Arabic Maqam(s). Is this possible? 2) “The Bard Quartet composes and sings along with your complex harmonies!” I understand this to mean that I may take a tetrachord (a collection of 4 non-diatonic pitches) and have it “navigate through 8 customisable harmonic progressions”. Eg. C,E flat, E natural, F sharp -- E, G, Gsharp, A sharp -- B, D, D sharp, F natural. Do I have this right? Can I do that?
