No cctv alarm system on an expensive property¿ Stealing Martha Jane's gun. Chose a noisy fireworks night. Set up her son to take the fall. Divided Amanda from her siblings, knowing she would support her financially. Then collude with them re Gary's Estate. This woman is plain wicked.

Scott immediately looked for a gun.. the non existent weapon that he had bullets for.. saw the body and no one else did and was ordering custom golf clubs while his dad was burning- no way Gary would approve that extravagant purchase. In fact he would hide from his dad to avoid chores. Had bad temper, resentment, entitlement about the farm.. conflict and he was in the will. Probably a fight not intentional he often would shoot guns on the property- no one else would.

It’s so sad to watch a family be completely shattered over the act of one person. The children have lost their dad, their relationship with one another, and their mother is more-than-likely going to prison. It didn’t have to be this way.

I feel so terrible for this young woman! She has been so tragically parentified by both of her parents and her siblings! I have a feeling this mom could be diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, and this daughter has now taken on the role of understanding care-taking parent figure, which the dad was playing before he was killed, because she’s some kind of helpless waif who just can’t help herself.🤷‍♀️

In some places where a life insurance policy is required as part of a mortgage that would include a house that she could potentially move her lover into

I can’t help but feel frustrated with how some of the children have turned against their mother. From what I gather, they’ve consistently sided with their father, the primary breadwinner, while possibly overlooking the years of support and sacrifices their mother made throughout his career, raising them and managing the household. Despite her efforts, it seems the children may have relied on their father’s financial success without achieving similar accomplishments on their own. I admire Amanda for standing by her mother through this difficult trial. Regardless of the outcome, Amanda’s loyalty and strength make her a true hero in my eyes. Keep it up!

One thing I have not heard the defense or prosecution bring up is if she did this she would have had to move her husband quite a ways away to the burn pile. How did she load him? Or did she drag him? If so either way there would have been tracks from the house to the burn pile by the tractor. I heard talk of the tractor being moved but nothing about any evidence about intentions in the ground. A tractor weighing thousands of pounds hauling a 300 pound man?

Speak for yrself sir. I don't believe her. I think Amanda is a pushover andd majorly dillusional. She has coped in this family by ignoring and lying to herself. She knew what her mom has been doing and can't pull herself to acknowledge it in front of her mom. I had an unhealthy fear of my mom as well, and if she lied, I dare not sell her out. That was as a child. AF is an adult and should live in her truth. I wish healing to this family bc this is tragic. Further proof that material things, possessions, and status means nothing at the end of the day. Family is importamt and they haven't even had the ability to get to know and love each other bc of all the acting for other peopke.
