As a reminder: Melody called her son while he was out at the lake with friends at 11pm at night claiming the horses had gotten out and she needed him to come back now. He comes back and the horses are not out. He goes to bed, wakes up early to golfing, tells his mom he needs the debit card and she meets him at the door. She was purposely setting him up. Remember: all of these kids used their father as an atm machine. They had nothing to gain because Melody inherited. And if you think she would give any of those kids one dime, you’re really thick in the head.

Scott is innocent, the defense attorney repeated himself in many different ways to catch Scott in some sort of lie. But, both Scott and Chris were consistent with their answers and each time they repeated the same answers. If they lied, they wouldn't have been able to stay with the same answers by the variety of ways the defense has asked the same questions. They didn't do it. I wonder if the mom will testify. 🧐

Best way to do that maybe...get rid of his Dad (who was not happy that he kept spending his money) and set Mom up to send her to prison. May not happened, but he sure was fast pointing the finger to his Mother. She may be guilty, but there are things that they have not proved like how she got the body to the burn pile from the house where they claim she murdered him. If she had help they have not arrested anyone. So if I were on the jury I don't know that if was proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Also if you watch Scott all the way thru, he tried his best to look like he was crying, but there were no tears, he rubbed his eyes as hard as he could to make tears. I just have an uneasy feeling about him.

Farm work is hard work, and Scott did not get weekly pay. He only needed money to run around on. He worked for them, not a free-loader. It's the parents' fault. It is also the problem in the boys' marriages as well. Blended families and no boundaries or independent lives. The bottom line is IF the parents didn't provide financial perks, the boys would not be using his debit card or exoect paid trips and meals and would learn to live within their means. The flip side is the kids are spoiled and will do whatever dad needs. Sometimes that ruins marriages b/c problems spill over in their own marriage.

Defense lawyer has shown himself up or should I say shown Melody Walker Farris up by accusing Scott and saying things like "that's where you made a mistake isn't it". Scott replied calmly and pefectly, as he has nothing to hide. He recognises his evil mother for what she is and I don't blame him one bit for disowning her and no longer calling her mom. She killed his father who may have been boring and a workaholic, but she was prepared to spend his money with another man and then off him when he started to restrict it in order to get the inheritance. I think the father was shot at the burn pile. I would think it was a massive size No one would have to move a body if he was shot there. Fell into the fire, what does forensics say, Im sure they would know entry point of bullet and if that is a possibility
