Whatever your goals may be, they come with the opportunity to enlarge as a person. You have to be able to sit down with people who are as intelligent as you are- maybe more knowledgeable, without trying to diminish them. Mel is clearly an accomplished woman who is even branching out into new things. It can be scary at first to realize that people are more than you think they are. This group needs to hit a reset button so they can stop wasting each other's time. You have got all that talent around the table-use it.
