This album is something else. It has captured my heart from almost the very beginning, and won't let it free. It's not even that daring for a psychedelic rock album, but it's still intensely magical. Catchy, entrancing, punchy, sweet, childlike, explosive, dazing, mind-blowing, mystifying... It helps that one of the first times I listened to this was on my first ever acid trip, out in a field amongst the hinterland forest and creeks.
