Finally, A video without a 5 minute intro to how great the speaker is and useless information. You don't jump over steps like most people. You should teach a class on how to make instructional videos.

Rich, you have an excellent way of communicating, thank you! I have been a college professor for 20+ years. Please take this as a major compliment!

Great! I like that you can separate the vibrato.

I love your teaching style. An improvement suggestion; zoom in on the area you are explaining, so someone who watches this on a small screen won't have to zoom in. Keep the knowledge flowing❣️🎵

Can you get the T-Pain effect from melodyne 5 essential I been trying to figure that out?

Thanks for your wonderfully clear videos. Can you explain why pitch corrected vocals add a rumbling sound to corrected notes?
@celemony3 жыл бұрын
Hey Mary, if you experience these kind of artefacts, then very likely this isn’t a clean and dry recording. Any room ambience or mic spill might introduce artefacts in the melodic algorithm. Also, doublecheck Melodyne’s analysis in Note Assignment Mode before you start editing, and correct it if needed. Hope this helps.

@@celemony It was very kind of you to reply so helpfully and so promptly! Many thanks. I'll have a go at understanding Melodyne's analysis. :0)

Where is the modulation tool? I have Melodyne in Protools and I can’t find that tool 🤷🏻♂️

Thank you so much for this! Is there a setting that needs to be activated to make the double click function work and center the pitch? For some reason in my Melodyn when I double click nothing happens. Thank you for your awesome, and incredibly helpful videos! :)
@celemony2 жыл бұрын
Hey Christie. No, there is no particular setting. Perhaps your Melodyne isn’t activated properly yet? See the Help > License menu. If this doesn’t help, please feel free to contact our Tech Support here: helpcenter.celemony.com/en/supportRequest - They will be happy to help.

I can never get Melodyne to play from a location in ITS timelline. It always plays wherever Pro Tool's timeline is selected. Am I missing something? Is there a way to have Melodyne's timeline be the focus instead of Pro Tools?

MELODYNE interface really sucks ! I purchased the full license for the Editor version and need to ask for a refund simply because I cannot read the super tiny fonts. Total crap !

Please stop saying "Command Key"; most people actually DON'T use Mac, so please interpret for the majority of people who use a normal, regular computer.
