For the tractor protection valve test, you only remove the service gladhand.

Air leak test yes both valves need to be released but tractor protection we need to release tractor trailer one by one...1st tractor then trailer...

I AM SORRY to be a "smart ass" but, i was told/ taught in the driving school "ANYTIME" you back up (short or long) you must complete a full walkaround? Is this difference in Sask/ Winnipeg/ BC? yeah just wasting a time when he could've done it beforehand no need to rebuild a pressure after trailer supply valve test

tractor protection valve you only disconnect blue line and hold brakes down not red one.@@igronDC
