3 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 Tsp butter
Luke warm water
Filling
4 Medium potatoes
1 sm carrot
1/2 sm onion
1 Tbsp scallion
1 Tbsp cilantro
1 sm sweet pepper
1 Tsp roasted jeera
Few Wiri Wiri pepper
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Shredded cheese ( your choice)
Oil for frying
