Trini Aloo Pie, also known as Trinidadian Aloo Pie, is a popular Trinidad and Tobago street food snack. It is a savoury pastry filled with spiced mashed potatoes and occasionally other ingredients such as peas, carrots, and seasonings. The Hindi word for potatoes is aloo, which reflects the Indian influence on Trinidadian cuisine, as many Trinidadians are of East Indian ancestry.
