I just tried this recipe and the result was delicious aloo pies😊. I would really recommend using thee fork to press on the edges because it really helps keeping it tightly shut...lol

How to stop the ends from separating and puffing up like fry bake? 😭

Close them better or press ends with a fork or when you are flattening them before frying strentch the ends slightly but be careful not to disturb how its closed.

My Aloo pie came out really tasty and nice. The only thing I realized is that my Aloo did not get puffy while frying. It came out flat. My doe did rise, however, I'm not sure what I did wrong. I forgot I had it rising and it sat for about an hour. Natasha is that the issue as to why it did not rise?

So I just made these but they open when frying not all the way but some.. i use the fork to close and fingers .. can anyone tell what i did wrong?
