Ingredients:
12 medium chicken tenders
1⁄2 cup mayo
1⁄2 cup powdered Parmesan
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 cloves crushed or minced garlic
1 cup milk or butter milk

Ohhhh man, can't wait to fix this! 30 or so years ago, I knew an elderly lady who always marinated her chicken in milk or buttermilk overnight before frying. Honestly, it was the best fried chicken ever. So I know this recipe will be divine. Thanks Dave. 🥰

I just tried this. It's not often I get excited about new recipes but this is amazing. I cooked it in my air fryer, after lining it with tinfoil. Try it soon folks. P.S. I reckon this will work equally well with pork tenderloin but you'll need to reduce the cooking time to around 10 minutes

Outstanding recipe (again). People need to know (and learn) that mayonnaise doesn't change the flavour of the protein and it is wonderful for holding any seasoning onto the meat.. I think this is a great make ahead option and serve it at room temperature with things like a potato/macaroni salad and some wine. #MayoIsYourFriend Thanks for the inspiration.

I did this recipe and it was great. I did use chicken tenders and marinated with buttermilk. I thought the sauce was a little thick so I added a TBSP of buttermilk to loosen it up a bit before baking. Served with mashed and a chicken/parm gravy.

Hi guy! Just a reminder, add 1 tbsp of vinegar or lemon juice to the milk, and you always have buttermilk on hand! This really is a simple no- nonsense recipe. I just bought 3 packs of breasts, so you know what I'm cooking for supper tonight! Wonderful, thanks!

You could mix 1 tablespoon of vinegar with one cup of milk to get the buttermilk effect.👍🏼
