那个淡奶油好像必须是要冷的,不然的话打发不起来。要么就是打发太过度了,打久了之后就变成水

The most important thing to see if the Crepe Cake is delicious is to see if the spoon goes through it easily. The ending of the video shows that the crepe is very soft and it is just like Lady M

Hi, thanks for the recipe. Added a couple of tablespoons of cornstarch to get a bit thicker texture. Will update the comment when I’m done with the cream and layering the cake. Can’t wait to give it a try! 😊
I made crêpe cake once, it looked good, didnt taste so great.. I know why after watching your video .. My crepes were too thick as I didnt pour away the extra batter in the pan! Thank you

woah so far when researching which recipe to use to make a matcha crape cake, by far this crape cake looks the smoothest when its cut. I might make this one later on.
