i made this recently and my family loved it! i followed your recipe exactly, and i was nervous because i'm a beginner baker but it was actually a relatively easy and fun experience :) wasn't too sweet, the matcha did not overpower the rest of the cake, the fresh whipped cream was delicious.. thank you!

this is literally the best recipe video ive ever seen, so neatly executed, no unnecessary chatter, just the strangely soothing sounds of ingredients being blended, added or the simple sounds of the vessels being used it was totally informative but strangely calming to watch i wish wed get to see more such beautifully, tidily executed cooking related videos im very very impressed

I baked this today as a young beginner, i did get some help from my mom with baking the crepes and had 1 large crepe and 8 little, and im not lying when i tell you that this is from so far the best thing i ever made. It turned out SO well its beautiful. If im being honest im not a big fan of matcha so i didnt like it THAT much but it was still good i DEF recommend this recipe and trust me its not a problem if you have some less crepes than in the video. :))

I juz tried it today, 240ml of whipping cream is not enough. I feel like I am eating the crepe more den the cream. I would recommend u guys to add more whipping cream so that the ratio of the crepe is to cream is balanced. This crepe cake is really very time consuming and the tricky part is the part where u apply cream to each layer cos you nv know whether u apply enough cream or not till u taste it. So be generous with the cream, if not u will regret it since u have alr spent so many hours doing it. Make sure that it taste good like what outside is selling. I don’t think I will do this again haha. 😅

great recipe! turned out so tasty I normally don't use matcha, so I am not used to the taste but it was no problem at all thanks to the combination with the whipped cream (took a little less sugar, 2tblsp instead of 3 and it was great) I made the cake for mother's day and everybody liked it just got a little nervous while making the crepes (didn't have time to start all over again in case it hadn't worked out), maybe prepare some more of the crepe batter in case some crepes tear etc (only one did so I still had enough layers) all in all I would say it is a recipe that is quite easy to follow, just bring enough time and some nerves for the crepe and it will be a success!
