This was a great example Dave. The only thing missing here is coming back around and saying you've watched a lot of videos on Pat and he's a good guy but this is what we can look like when we're triggered and unconscious. If you don't add in that point, you'll just have more people say they hate the guy based on this one example, without seeing the bigger picture.

Yeah, your last sentence had me rolling in laughter! My partner is an observer and I just spent two weeks with him ranting about portals (like medical portals, bank portals, flight portals), all he had to do was wire this payment to his relative and he will nitpick at every little thing, do the same input form 4 different times and then incur delays and fees because he messes up something simple like the name because he was busy focusing on and ranting about the poor UI. I don't know how to help when he gets into that mode, I just feel his exhaustion and frustration but it is kind of hilarious. I'm definitely a decider and while I have the same expression as the ENTP guy in the clip - I could still follow along even despite the trailing sentences. I related to like, this is my mom and myself's dynamic - we go at it like this every once in a while and feeling fully chagrined/embarassed lol!

Regarding the last bit, it goes back to the fact that every type can have decider issues, the important thing is how frequently they throw your life upside down. Immediately, I think of Jerry Seinfeld, an observer, who had a decider freakout when Larry King insisted his show got cancelled. Or Robert Downey Jr who left midway through an interview because he was offended by the questions. There are plenty of cases of non deciders having decider issues, but how much do they get in trouble for them? I think that's the thing to look out for.
