Not all cheese melts the same! What you put on your burger may dictate how you cook it. Cheddar's got to go on there pretty early to melt properly. Blue doesn't melt very fast at all, so I would recommend incorporating crumbles into your beef or using a lid when pan-frying. American is the perfect cheese for burgers. You can toss that on immediately after removing the patty from the grill. Finally, we threw in Merktz cheese spread just because it's amazing!
