My thoughts as an eternal casual: None of Arcueid's special moves really define her. Instead they all blend together very well, which does help to make her unique. But there's no easy special move to point to and say "that's why I play this character."

Charged 5c got to be one of the most satisfying moves to hit in the game

100% despite Shiki having a similar (and more practical) unblockable Arc’s is more satisfying. Although the most satisfying move to land period is Kohaku’s charged arc drive because it’s a slow command grab and if they dodge it you die.
