Listening more, it seems like Mel had a story where she shot everyone down but E had a special story. The hook was everyone trying to f Mel. Joe saying the sardine on the hook comment was telling. The sardine is Joe downplaying it or its a narrative that could be spun. E saying it could be pay per view could meanthat Flip has his own story with Mel that can be told.
