Thank you for your tips as we live in a complex where leaseholders have stopped having annual meetings and their dictatorial behaviour is menacing and a death of a resident from 3rd floor in lift due to maintenance was not allowed to be discussed and residents are forced to pay for exterior repairs where water pipes are blocked,waterproofing and exterior painting being made to pay by committee chosen by head of complex and not residents😢

Superb explain sir .. we are facing some problem in our flat, president and associates members didn't give any records, documents and all, unauthorised person is handling all this and associates member also.they don't file any return and audit of fix deposit..they stop water and no security .. same time they charges maintaince to all per month.also they said no more record register was misplaced.Totally dadagiri.

Sir I need suggesstion. Committee has called there known owners in AGM whi are always with them for any decision they take. Now this committee has increase parking charges from 400 to 500 which is very much high in out area. No security for parking.
